 Hi, this is Leslie. I’ll also write for Jim, since
he’s busy doing the grunt work of stuffing envelopes with
CDs and lyrics.
First of all, this website isn’t about us, it’s about HIM
(Jesus), but I always feel that personal testimony gives God
all the glory. In the past few years, we have been
through many challenges that would test anyone’s faith.
Staying true to Jesus and keeping our eyes focused on Him
brought us through it and here we are. I am the most
blessed woman in the world to have a loving partner who
loves God the way I do. We’re on this journey
together.
Nothing is easy in this world. We can’t imagine
what life would be like if we didn’t have our faith in God,
our family and our friends. We aren’t perfect but we
have a friend and Savior who guides us and who loves us.
We have been given the gift of eternal life, just for the
asking. The sad news is that there are many who don’t know
Jesus and will never know Him, if they aren’t told.
In the Bible, John 15:9, summarizes a commandment from
Jesus that holds the true meaning of “passing it forward.”
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you.
Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you
will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s
commands and remain in his love. I have told you this
so that my job may be in you and that your joy may be
complete. My command is this: Love each other as I
have loved you. Greater love has no one than this,
that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my
friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you
servants, because a servant does not know his master’s
business. Instead I have called you friends, for
everything that I learned from my Father I have made known
to you. You did not
choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear
fruit- fruit that will last.
Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.
This is my command: LOVE EACH OTHER.
Prayer: We hope that we honor You, Lord, with this
mission. May You be glorified through the efforts of
those who take Your message of love & salvation and pass it
forward to others. Thank You for Your mercy, Your
grace and mostly, for laying down your life for us… we love
you, Jesus!
